Fresh – 63 €/kg. Available from 15 November (pre-order). Preservative E211, storage 0…+3 °C.

Taste and use: fine-grained, mild and moderately salted roe – for sandwiches, pancakes and blinis, salads, sushi and sashimi, and for restaurant service.
